11 . From her award winning performance as exotic dancer Mimi in the film adaptation of "Rent," to her gravity defying love scene opposite Colin Farrell in "Alexander," Rosario Dawson has it and certainly knows how to flaunt it.

The 29-year-old New York native can next be seen reprising her role of leather bikini clad, gun-toting dominatrix Gail in the upcoming "Sin City 2."

 10. With her squeaky-clean Disney image given a dash of pepper last year via the internet release of her now infamous nude self-portraits, 20-year-old Vanessa Hudgens's career has since rebounded, landing her as one of Tinseltown's most recognizable and sought after faces.

Rumored during the scandal to replace Hudgens in "High School Musical 3" was Disney's "Cheetah Girls" star Adrienne Bailon, who recently had provocative pictures of herself "inadvertently" spread across the internet as well, making us wonder...will stolen laptop pics be the star-makers of the future?

 9. The epitome of male anglophile lust, Keira Knightley's slender form, refined speech and curious lack of pretension has made her Hollywood's go-to girl for roles requiring a thinking man's sex symbol.

At 23, Knightley has also established herself as one of Hollywood's most accomplished and versatile actresses, capable of transitioning easily between the genres of action ("Domino"), period drama ("Pride & Prejudice") and Disneyland ride adaptation ("Pirates of the Caribbean").

Having inspired Katy Perry's mega-hit "I Kissed a Girl," we sincerely hope the distractions of amorous females, the music business and (grrrr) Ryan Reynolds never keep Scarlett far from our view.

Banks' versatility as both "take home to mom" girl and "all-out skank" were previously confined to smaller roles, including the part of Miss Brant in the "Spiderman" films, as well as nymphomaniac turns in "Wet Hot American Summer" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin."

 3 . Known more as a "reality star" than a bona fide Hollywood actress, Kim Kardashian is nevertheless one of the entertainment industry's most sought after commodities, attracting tabloid press like moths to a light bulb and creating massive internet traffic.

Never far from our "Most Searched Celebrity" top-spot, the 28-year-old siren will be appearing in a third season of her hit E! reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," set to premiere in early 2009.
The path to stardom is never the same for any two actresses. While some on our list paid their celebrity dues by appearing in films such as "Cyborg 2," others merely had to star in a widely spread internet sex-tape (hint: one is Angelina Jolie, the other Kim Kardashian).

2. our "Hollywood's Most Wanted" list, we're pretty sure Jessica Biel could also take any of the actresses in a fight (with the possible exception of Rosario Dawson).

Built like the proverbial brick...er, "outhouse," the 26-year-old Minnesota native enjoyed her first taste of success as the sweat-soaked, half-shirt clad heroine in 2003's "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" remake, and his since moved on to classier roles in films such as "The Illusionist" as well as the upcoming Noel Coward adaptation "Easy Virtue."

Recently vowing to never re-visit her scantily clothed, horror film roots, we hope she reconsiders.

 
1. Leaping overnight from relative obscurity to the top of "hottest" lists across the country with her breakthrough role in "Transformers," Megan Fox has certainly done her name justice.

Featured most recently in the film "Whore," and set to star in the title role as a demonically possessed cheerleader in "Jennifer's Body," 22-year-old Fox (no relation to Michael J. or Vivica A.) has a sure-thing hit in next summer's "Transformers" sequel, guaranteeing her stunning image will be disseminated on-screen and in glossy print for many months to come.

Oh well, we'll just have to put up with it.
